After an initial consultation to determine food preferences and allergies I will plan, shop, prepare, package & label food, and leave the kitchen sparkling. All you have to do is reheat and enjoy the benefits of healthy, freshly prepared meals. Every meal plan is customized and can be prepared for 2-10 people.
